From Texas 249 southbound:

Take the exit towards Jones Rd/Louetta Rd.
Move to the right lane and turn onto Louetta Rd. Continue for 0.5 miles.
Turn right into Lakewood Methodist Church parking lot (just past Jones Rd, but before passing the church).
